Given below is a brief explanation on how the ‘Double Your Chances Offer’ works.

The patients have 3-Cycle options that they can choose from:

Option 1 - Patient opts for Frozen Thaw Cycle.

The patient pays for the first stimulated cycle, after the process of embryo transfer if good quality embryos are available the same will be frozen at no extra cost. Now if the first attempt is unsuccessful in getting clinical pregnancy, then the patient can request for thawing of the frozen embryos for the second cycle.

In this case the patient pays only for thawing charges for the second attempt and minor cost on account of miscellaneous drugs. The advantage to the patient is by virtue of her not having to undergo a full stimulation protocol all over again, thus saving on costly drug therapy as well as the discomfort of multiple injections, repeated anesthesia and invasive sonography.

Option 2 - Patient goes for fresh stimulated second cycle since there are no good quality embryo’s frozen at the end of the first cycle.

In the event that the first cycle does not lead to clinical pregnancy, and the patient does not have good quality frozen embryos from the first cycle, they still have one more chance by opting for a fresh stimulated cycle.

The patient has to pay only for the cost of drugs required for stimulation. The second cycle will be performed at no extra procedural cost. If the patient has good embryos after the embryo transfer, then she can further avail the option of the cryo cycle by paying for the charges.

Option 3 - Patient opts for a free stimulated cycle and pays for the Cryo cycle.

Once the patient enrolls for the treatment, the first cycle will be a stimulated cycle, after the process of embryo transfer if good quality embryos are available; the patient pays for Cryo-preservation of the embryos.

In the event the first cycle does not lead to clinical pregnancy, the patient opts for a second cycle by paying for embryo thawing and transfer and for miscellaneous drugs.

If the first two cycles do not lead to pregnancy and there are no more frozen embryos to be thawed and transferred, the patient can still avail of a third cycle. The third cycle will be a fresh stimulated cycle wherein the patient pays only for the cost of drugs. The third cycle will be performed at no extra cost.

Advantage to patient - The patient does not need to undergo a full stimulated cycle for the second cycle, thus saving the inconvenience and the cost of expensive drugs.


Option 2 - Patient opts for fresh stimulated Cycle.

The first cycle is a Stimulated Cycle.

Second Cycle is also a stimulated cycle, if good quality embryos are not available for freezing after the first cycle.

Patient pays only for drugs required for stimulation.

Option remains for Cryo cycle if good quality embryos are available for freezing.

Advantage to patient - The patient gets one more cycle without having to pay for procedural charges for the second cycle.


Option 3 - Patient opts for a free stimulated cycle and pays for the Cryo Cycle.

The patient also pays for freezing of Embryos.

For the second cycle the embryos are thawed and transferred.
